Our full assessment is the most cost-effective way to understand your business problems and learn how to solve them. Like our Standard Assessment, the Full Assessment covers the first two steps of our A Better Process, plus the third step. This assessment will provide you with an analysis to frame your Needs, a report to help you focus on core questions, and research done by our team so you can explore potential solutions.
This is a TEAM-based assessment, and it requires a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 10 participants.
